Cadburys - Global Disaster Recovery (DR) Strategy

Programme Managed the design and delivery of a global DR strategy enabling Cadbury Schweppes to invoke a hot standby DR plan. The design relocated locally hosted applications and services to centrally managed data centres using virtual technology.

Other projects included -

• Rollout of new Desktop & Print services (Factory and office locations across Europe);
• Migration of WAN leased line technology to MPLS provisioned by BT.
